This vintage is crushing it

Absolutely gorgeous Savignin with layers of complexity that continue to open up with each sip. Has an oxidized quality that really adds extra elements to each flavor. White flowers and peachy aromatics lead to a soft creaminess with honeyed apples and pears which counteracts a bright acidic structure and strong mineral tendency. Ends with a lightly toasted nuttiness. Really hit the spot.

Oxidized, nutty on the finish. Lemon curd. Could cellar for a bit.

Oily, cheesy, Jura delivers!! Good with cheese and felino salumi

Mid gold. Creamy confit lemon, dry, good acidity - then the rich juicy biscuity lemon flavours surge to the fore complete with elegant weight and style.

Goat cheese, preserved lemon, biscuits and a waxy flinty thing. Tasty

Beautiful green-gold color. Aromas of caramel, nuts, raisins. Buttered toast. Lime custard. Salt. Snappy acidity. Hippest wine list ever.

Nutty, waxy, and oily, but still quite focused and lean. Lots of acidity but juicy enough to not be shrill.
