A lovely Chardonnay offering honeysuckle notes and core of pure citrus fruit accompanied by a nice acid backbone and savory/salty character. $70.

This is drinking very well right now. Opened the bottle a half hour before dinner and let it get to 50-55 degrees. This is what good Chardonnay is supposed to be.

Bright and delicious with subtle oak notes but mostly citrus, stone fruits and finesse. Really enjoying this

From 375 ml - It’s on the tropical side but not excessively so, with pineapple and melon along with wet river stones, it is deceptively intense on the palate with a refreshing spike of mouth-watering acidity in the middle and impressive length. It reminds me of a young Cotat Sancerre in a good way and isn’t like any other Rhys Chardonnay I’ve had.

From 375. New Rhys vineyard site in the SCM appellation. Clear straw color, minerals & hint of vanilla on the nose. Crushed rocks & citrus fruit. Structured. Excellent.
