Wow! Tart dark red cherry. Opaque ruby color, still opening up.

Elegant, well made

Still very youthful. A lot of whole cluster spice

Quite lovely. The aromatics are vibrant. The palate is more restrained but fruit, acid, and tannin are in balance.

My first Rhys and now I know what people have been talking about. Very classy, deep dark Pinot fruit and very different than North Coast ones. Delicious.

Reminiscent of lafarge

Killer. Glad to have checked in on a Rhys with some years on it.

2007. Huge potent dark cherry Pinot. Woodsy. Hints of green pepper. Still evolving. Will get even better.

RHYSのピノでここまで古いヴィンテージは珍しい。土地柄酸がシッカリあり美味いが、熟成が思わぬ方向へ行ってる印象。青臭ささえ出てる。
