Toasty oak, cooked rice on the nose. Medium body, dark fruit, herb, tannic finish.

Very delicate structure. Red fruits, hints of earth and iron. Mellow tannins. Paired well with burrata and prosciutto dinner.

Very well restrained fruit violet with nice floral nodes smooth wet rocks soft plummy getting a bit of fresh laid tar on center back palate. Soft and extremely well balanced.

I love Rene Bouvier and consider this producer the best kept secret at least in the US. This is no exception — ripe cherry, dark plum, a bit of smoke. Silky smooth on the palate, tannins are behaving nice, overall everything is in its place, good balance. #airfrance #lapremiere
