Great effort by a Canadian wine maker. Roasted nuts on the nose, toasty, espresso, dark chocolate on the palate with subtle dark fruits. A smooth but firm tannic finish. Give me a touch more fruit and acidity I t would be close to perfection. — 10 years ago

2005. Wow, this wine barely aged. Fruit bomb with some herbal notes, strong strong tannic finish that lingers for a full minute. This wine can age for another 10 years...easily. — 10 years ago
