What a wine. Seriously incredible. Licorice, cinnamon, blackberry, dark cherry, leather, star-anise. Big cigar on the nose, spice on the palate and deep fruit finish.

Truly spectcular. Sour cherries and red fruit, tension, elegance, a slight animal hint that I link to the variety rather than Brett. Made my day. Fine acid, definitely the Spanish alternative to Burgundy.

Had some of the green notes that reminded me of Côt in Loire, taught but still elegant, needed some air, this bottle didn’t have a ton of fruit and I wondered if others might have a bit more.
