Nicely crafted if a little simple. Slightly funked edge. A friendly companion to this year’s Turkey.

Sourced from 3 vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA from volcanic soils. Ruby with aromas of red and black fruits and light spice. The palate shows cherry & raspberry flavors with earthy tones, nuts & cacao. Full-bodied, smooth tannins, good balanced, medium finish ending with fruit notes. Tasting Sample.

Sashi does not make bad wine. Beautifully balanced with such delicate fruit and sense of transparency. Could not stop remarking at how delicious it was.

Nice Willamette Valley Pinot. Dry and light with red fruits and slight earthy flavors. If you do-no, better git otta here boy

Nice little Pinot for the price point. Not very complex as other OR Pinots so I missed that. It was pretty solid with my mustard chicken dish though.

Easy to drink. Ok but not particularly interesting 😕
