Langhe Arneis

A bit too much oxidation. Not a great bottle.

I’ve never had an Arneis that’s made me want more

Mineral, wet stone, tart yellow apple, clean, yeasty, honey, subtle honeysuckle and jasmine, waxy, high acidity,

A very dry, minerally and apricot tasting white. Some skin contact. Somewhat viscous.

Zanc. Biodynamic production. Lush and ethereal.

It tastes... bitter?

Well balance, round in mouth, perfect with Japanese spicy fish
