Spontaneous fermentation and malo in steel, aged min 18 months in 225L barrique. I assume American. this is good, tasty- heavy oak that should blow off.

Good moment of consumption, the oak still strong at first, with coffee and chocolate. Dark cherries, scrub herbs (rosemary) silky tannins, decent length.
