Their inaugural vintage was in 1999, Provenance means "origin" or "source." In the art world, a provenance is the record of a work’s ownership, from its creation to the present day. Nice ripe dark fruit aromas. Plum and ripe blackberry flavors with bits of cacao and black tea. Soft tannins, good acidity balance, a joy to drink. Should continue to age nicely over next 5+ years.

Loaded with fresh ripe red cherry, plum and raspberry. Have a little bit jammy action but a pleasant one. Sweet cinnamon and dark chocolate on the nose as well. Medium body and medium acidity with a bitter green herb notes on the finish. Pretty dry. Good steak wine! 15.1% alc. 2013 vintage

Delicious and a great QPR $20 at Costco.
Raspberry, cocoa, boysenberry, eucalyptus, little vegetal note on the finish. Smooth tannins, medium body and acidity.

A very good Merlot. This wine is flexible. It is not very dry, but has some decent fruit including blueberries and maybe boysenberry. As other reviewers have mentioned there is also a bit of cocoa. It went surprisingly well with the ribeye steak I paired it with. It was a decent value at Costco. It may be more expensive elsewhere and not as good of a value.
