Like a Sicilian Gamay - nice and light, nice pop when chilled.

Quite lovely for the style. I’m usually not a fan of frappato, too much overt strawberries without structure, but this one surprised me. Much more restrained on the nose, less ripeness and lots of small red berries, plus some fresh capers and garrigue. Very balanced on the palate, low alcohol, good acid, some minerality and a touch of tannins. Both crushable and interesting

Sweet and pretty floral, strawberry and spice notes. Smoky aromatics and a subtle gamey quality. Delicate structure but nice bright acid and freshness. A fine wine for the table, equally at home with caprese salad, pasta or fish.

Lilacs, violets, and all things purple. Fresh and light, this wine delivers all that is lovely with Frappato.

Beautiful, raspberry rolled in fresh tarragon, black pepper, hints of smoked meat.

Light body. A little too much alcohol up front, though.

Wonderful accompaniment to Pat’s spaghetti ($20), fruity, aromatic and light bodied.

Pleasant, fruit-driven with a bit more than just strawberry

Very berry, specifically raspberry. Nice at this price point, but I could do with a bit more nuance.
