Pale lemon with aromas of fresh stone fruits, citrus and floral notes, aged in stainless with plenty of lees contact. On the palate flavors of pear, apple and lemon citrus with lively acidity and blossom notes. Medium finish ending with citrus and creamy mineral character. Drink now while it’s still fresh!

Was weirdly bitter yesterday but one day later nice weight and fresh citrus and honey character.

Apple-pickle-y. Good acidity, buttery toothpick rounds out the nose. Lemon in light oil on the palate, with soft apple and pear.
Right on with the brine, Bickel.

Nice lemon lime and acidity crispy clean, slight brine.

Just a little past it's prime.

Lemon color with peach, apple, and lemon flavors. Nice acidity with a bit of tartness.
