Sun baked lemon, toasted sesame, light cap smoke, lime pith, lemon zest and dried sunflower. Tertiary smells of mown dry grasses and hibiscus. Fresh lemon juice soaked white gooseberry zaps the palate into salivation even as the gunpowder alights. Lime pith honestly reflects the nose and lemon oils persist. Puréed green mango, and chive butter droplet peer just detectable.

Winner of a white burg lineup. Everything is there in balance: nose with citrus, a whiff of floral reduction, a touch of almond sling and grapefruit pith. Palate has vibrant acidity, mouthfeel and a bit of phenolics. Nothing is wow but everything is very good and in balance
