Star fruit, minerals...very light both on the nose and on the palate. Enjoyed over three days with very little evolution. Perhaps a touch young but pleasant enough still. Great with Asian food.

Really great dry Riesling. Interesting nose with notes of pear, green apple, and petroleum. Great acidity and mouthfeel- primary notes of lemon and minerals.
