Vibrant nose and color in the glass - pomegranate and dark cherry - ala texbook burgundy with some white truffle and wet forest floor. The palate seems young and vibrant - but has incredible depth and structure. The tannins are med weight and can easily assist this wine over the next 12-15 years (2027-2030).

The red 2010s from Pierre Morey were very shy. Showing one some potential. Volnay Santenots were very classic elegant Volnay. Fine minerality. Red cherry, strawberrys, oak. Great structure. Tight!
