What a delicious bottle. Super expressive light yellow fruits- pear, kiwi, pawpaw, banana, also with a beguiling spiciness, almost a curry spice, and slight nuttiness reminiscent of clean sous voile wine. Psycho accessibility, perfectly integrated dosage. Long mineral finish.

Yup, a crush-able BdB for a warm (almost) Summer afternoon. Please see prior notes. 👍

Nose has italian bread, green apple slice, under-ripe lime wedge and cold ginger root.

Palate has lime slice, grapefruit zest with a lightly sweet limestone note on the finish; Great acidity.

This just came home with many more of the same; I'm excited for warmer weather as I think this will be a truly crush-able BdB on hot summer days!

Blended with three GC plots in Avize, Cramant & Choiully and 30% reserve wine from 1985+

Bready yeasty and very refined nose. Lovely and clean. Palate is sleekly and starkly mineral with gorgeous purity and freshness and lovely fruit. Very well made and so sleek. Very fine mousse and lovely yeasty and super mineral finish. This is very complex and sappy. Just a great knock back bottle of bubbles.

Utterly brilliant. A depth and breath of flavor that is astonishing. Such a fantastic offering. Betting it will go 15 years easy.
