Wauw. Wat een feestje. Precies zoals beschreven. In de neus o.a. citrus, perzik, sinaasappelschil en jasmijn. In de mond citroengras, verveine en voor mij ook gember. Zuivere wijn, prachtig in balans. Je kan hier aan blijven ruiken en proeven. Bonus: biologisch dynamisch gemaakt (niet gecertificeerd als zodanig)

Medium lemon colour . Quite discreet on the nose with white peach , lemon rind and white flowers . On the palate much more intensity and grip , white peach , ground white pepper , blanched almonds , fresh green herbs . Good acidity and length , lovely texture , with a mineral finish . This seems quite young , intense and promising. Now and over the next 7-10 years.
