Calvarino Soave Garganega Trebbiano

Opens up some with air but seems to be in a closed phase. Well balanced and richly textured. Probably needs a few years in bottle.

The most complex of the 3 we tasted that night. The nose and palate have a deep minerally core, wrapped in sappy, juicy yellow delicious apple and pear, and finishes with elegant white sweet flowers. Medium bodied in weight with a persistently clean and long finish. #pieropan #soave #garganega

Beautifully understated. Fresh stream, warm rocks, spring flowers. 30% Trebbiano di Soave with the Garganega. Tre Bicchieri this year.

To much residual for my tastes. But still a nice Soave.

Delicious! Definitely will drink again. Pear and citrus notes.

I love a Soave that can age. Flinty and rich with lots of dried herbs and stone. A perfect pasta pairing.

Sorry but tasteless

Excellent. I prefer this to La Rocca his top wine. Good weight and complexity. Lemony.

Lunch on Lago di Garda. Great Soave with octopus and risotto.
