Vintage 1990 - yellow golden colour, very vital. Beautiful smell with quince dominant, also impressions of honey, ananas, Turkish Fruit, hay, quite complex. This #cheninblanc is mouthfilling with (now at the age of 28 years) dominant bitters with a toffee-alike aftertaste. #Vouvray that delivers! Actually, I was surprised/shocked to find this bottle in the cellar corner. I do not keep my demi-sec thát long. Beautiful starter of saturdaynight diner with wild boar paté. #loirewine

Very good. With properly mature aromas of lanolin, waxy yellow fruit, white mushroom. Tasting only moderately sweet. Should have been ideal with homemade crab quiche, but was just, meh.
