Super delicate. Refreshing and well made. I understand why people love these wines it’s just not my preferred style as I like body and substance. This wouldn’t stand up to grilled chicken.

“Rose’ of the South of France.?” Blend of Cinsault (50%), Grenache (40%), Syrah (8%) and Carignan (2%). Nice pale pink color. Aromas and flavors of red fruit, apricot, peach, wildflowers and fresh herbs. There is a pleasant green note on the very juicy pallet. Touch of minerals and saline on the finish. Easy drinker.
