Spend some time with this sparkling Sekt from renowned Riesling tamer, Peter Lauer. It’s nuanced and has subtle varietal character but is very refined, elegant, and complex. It is completely bone dry and you’ll have to work for shy aromas of smoke, slate, and wet rocks before high toned aromas of lemon peak through as it warms.
