A very "New World" wine with a bouquet that delivers its aromas in a very direct and unambiguous way. The grape varieties are recognizable by their main qualities: pepper, smoke, black fruits compote for syrah; structure, blackcurrant, vegetables for the cab-Sauvignon. The whole is arbitrated by notes of breeding, cedar, coconut, tobacco, balancing the duel. Gourmet attack, intense body, interesting ending, already suggesting a beautiful possible evolution (already empyreumatic notes). A reference, accessible for those interested in Australian wines

Les cépages sont reconnaissables sur leur qualités principales: poivre, fumée, fruits noirs compotés pour la syrah; structure, cassis, végétaux pour le cab-Sauvignon. Medium garnet color. After 30mins in decanter, softer tannins and still aromatic blackberries on the nose. Low acidity. Balanced, beautiful Shiraz with Thai food
