Vintage 2012 / menthol in taste, very powerful wine but without being annoying. Fist in a velvet glove. Great balance.

Classic Aussie Cab. Black currant, dill, sawdust, vanilla extract, m+ length and acidity. Having that level of balancing acid is refreshing for the wine and breaking the recent cloying style of Australian wine.

It's been awhile since I've had Australian Cabernet and I forgot how nice they can be. This one is delecious despite the fact that it probably shouldn't be drank for another 5 years. Lots of powerful, dark cassis and blackberry notes with chewy tannins and a minty, eucalyptus highlight in the finish. Big and satisfying!

Excellent new world Cabernet. The fruit is ripe without being over extracted, balanced acidity, 14.5% balanced not hot at all. Good use (but not over use) of U.S./French oak. A rare example of new world Cab at this price point that I would (and did) buy.

Clear, deep ruby colour. Clean, pronounced black fruits. Dry, high acidity but not astringent with softened, smooth tannins and full bodied with ripe blackberry flavours and smooth vanilla oak traces. Very good wine that went perfectly with fillet steak.
