I wanna say "fucking fantastic". Am I allowed to say that? Anyway, this is an absolute stunner, fresh and bright. Makes me believe Spring is actually here.

One thing that I have found is that The value of Crémant D'Alsace is phenomenal. I bought a half case of the Paul & Philippe Zinck from The Toronto Hunt Wine Society a few years ago. The Crémant has a wonderful sparkle and beautiful effervescent bubbles. The palate is rewarded by the flavor peaches and apples. The grapes in this tasty glass of bubbles are Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We cracked open the bottle tonight to celebrate the 100th posting of @anuptowngal on her blog, as well as a pre-Valentine's Day treat.
