This grower’s NV always seems to charm me every time I get the opportunity to drink it. The color is almost a touch brassy. Beautiful, tiny bubbles. The nose is remarkably red fruited with strawberries and brioche on full display. It’s almost like a strawberry shortcake, no cap. On the palate, strawberries, raspberries, lemon zest, minerals. It’s rich, but so impeccably balanced. Absolutely, positively crushable. The dosage is perfect. I haven’t deciphered them code Dethune uses on the bottle to understand then disgorgement date...but I believe was recent.

Velmi dobre, az skvele, klasicke Champagne, na bazi PN (70%), zbytek Ch, degorge 2017/unor, pekna zralost, kyselinka malinko pretrvava. Vyvazene. Velmi elegantni, komplexni, ve vuni plnost, lehce letni jablka, malinko ml. kvasnost - sud, nikoliv zralost, v chuti harmonicke, letni jablka, toast, pekna stredne trvajici kyselinka, velmi vyrovnane, prijemne vino.
