Off the Crownshy NYC list, this has a nicely developed medium gold color with young and strong, fine bubbles. Notes of brioche toast, lemon creme, some apricot and river stone. Gave the impression of an older champagne but had the power and freshness of a young wine. My first experience with this producer. Very nice. — 12 days ago
Fabulous Blanc de Noirs champagne purchased from the lovely champagne speciality store in Epernay, tight bubbles, wonderful presence and length, lovely!! — 6 days ago
Birthday celebration for @Cody Uzzel at Lucio’s with a bunch of friends. All wines (except sparklers) tasted blind.
Always gotta finish with bubbles 🥂 my third and final contribution of the evening and the perfect bottle to end on. This got downed fast as our palates were in need of respite. I lament that this was my final bottle of this stuff, but I couldn’t have asked for a better way to kill it off 🍾 — 3 days ago

Lovely and toasty. Great substitute for the majors. — 3 days ago
20% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay.
This is a 2011 base wine which was disgorged in April of 2017.
24hr Update: Nose has just-baked bread, crushed walnut, oxidized pear, orange peel and moist limestone. Palate has zingy pear acidity, bitter citrus, toasted brioche and a long minerally finish. Bubbles have held strong after one day. — 8 days ago
