Slightly rounder and less acidic than some past vintages though unmistakably Chardonnay in its neutrality, as absurd as that sounds. Went great with tuna nicoise.

May 26th, 2024Consistently impressed with Piuze. Medium bodied, high acid, elegantly soft and round palate with citrus, faint melon, and a hint of coconut on the weightless finish. My kind of Chablis.

Depends on how you like Chablis here, it's not totally mineral driven but it sure as heck isn't fruit forward. White mushroom, flowers, honeycomb, wax, hay, chalky, green apple and yellow plum. Nice length with a chalky texture, is pretty handy at the price too.
