Bone dry Riesling. Acidity & fresh textures enliven the palate & show pronounced tension. Aromatics are a bit mellow, but plenty of lime & light florals around. I wasn't aware that @Rajat Parr & @Sashi Moorman made Riesling, but am definitely glad I came across it.

Pale yellow with smells of stone fruit, lemon peel and citrus blossom, mouthwatering bright acidity, tastes of sour yellow plum, pear, and lime, good balance between fruit and acidity, medium finish, great summer wine for California.
