One has to appreciate oxidative wines to appreciate this one. Also needs a decant for the reduction to blow off. What it ends up as is a wonderfully aromatic, medium bodied round-edged beauty. Acidity emerges as it opens up & layers of citrus & earthy minerality come together on the bright finish. Fantastic stuff.

Has a tad rs that made me think chard at first. Gorgeous, and accessible. Paired w baked sea bass in salt & egg white, & salad of radish, french feta ( milder), dill, mint, walnuts, cuke, oil, lemon juice
