Just a stellar, elegant Chardonnay.

Had some @coolchardonnay last night w/sunchoke salad. Fond memories of #Ontario & tasting w/ @normanhardie last wk.

Très bien balancé, avec une belle complexité autant à l'odorat qu'en bouche! Un vin canadien qui n'a rien à envier aux grandes maisons!

Nice crisp Ontario Chardonnay. Not overly Oakley, nice finish. Had with creamy pasta.
