Sometimes the problems with recommendations. Planned on ordering the Inferno and was told how much better this was (probably the only Negri wine I haven't had). Barrel use completely obscure the variety. A shame.

Strawberry, cinnamon, some smoke on nose. Slight vegetative on finish. Excellent tannins, great acid balance, overall drinking very well right now.
