Every day kind of wine -easy drinking. Cranberry. cherry, food friendly. Serve slightly chilled. Some volatility. Nice!

Light, mineral, a little green in a good way, high toned red fruits. Tart and funky. Not bad.

Fun and easy to drink. Better with a slight chill and great with grilled beef.

My first impression was that this was disgusting. Not the grossest natural wine I’ve ever had but still “natural” enough that it’s too tart and well, unfinished. Then I had a few sips with food. Tuna pasta of all things! And I find it’s drinkable. Still going to switch to another bottle though.
