Went through a whole case off this finally. One of the best intro cavas. Crisp, dry, med acid, nice tighter bubbles. For the price, it's a great everyday sparkler.

Cool fruit, almond, white pepper. Almost like bubbly Arneis.

Limpid gold. Ripe pear and Meyer lemon aromas show very good clarity and complementary honey and toasted nut accents. Smooth and open-knit, offering spice- and smoke-accented citrus and orchard fruit flavors, along with hints of sweet butter and fennel. Finishes smooth, spicy and long, with a hint of orange and a zesty snap of minerality. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, March 2021)

Fresh and clean to start. The best part is in the finish, white cake and lingering fine acid. Big bang for the buck.

Golden straw color, and long lasting bubbles that dance across the palate. Aromas of toast, roasted almonds, green apples and grass. Nice dry crisp flavors and a pleasing finish. Not the refinement of a Champagne, but good every day bubbles.

Cavas rock. This is a 2014 vintage. The nose is light bread dough with hints of citrus. Fresh and clean on the palate with luscious bubbles.

Tight bubbles, crisp, apple-ish. Lovely summertime sparkler for those who like a dry finish.
