Deep ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of raspberry, blackberry, red plum, black cherry, mulberry, eucalyptus, baking spices; dry, medium plus acid, high chalky tannins, high alcohol, full bodied, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas with a bit more dried fruit; long finish, very dense and concentrated, outstanding

Way to young & completely shut down. Needs at least 3-5 years in the cellar or open the bottle two days in advance. Very much Northern-Rhone style.

The most structured; red fruits and blood, firm fine tannin. Needs more age but lots of potential

Heavy and full. Long tannins, pepper and cayenne. Tanned leather smell. Dark berries. Preserved fruit on toast.

Den helt klart mest kraftfulla i serien. Peppar, järn, rosor. Betydligt mkt mer torra tanniner.

Very much Northern Rhone. Peppery, smokey. Give it a few years, and it’ll rise more.

Young, cool climate Syrah from SA. Dark cherries, blackberries, plum, bacon and cured meats w/ a herbal note present. Medium-bodied, medium tannins, medium alcohol and not too much oak. A wine in balance. Very fresh acidity aswell. Could have gone Cornas in a blindtasting. Far too young. Hold.

Really interesting unlike any wine I've had. Would taste northern Rhone blind.

2012 vintage opened in November 2016 - lovely, but a bit too young.
