Feb 19th, 2020Incredible! Super concentrated phenolic nose, slightly oxidative, layers of apple, lots and lots of roundness, texturally beautiful but with no oaky or diacetyl profile and never enough to overshadow the acidity. What a wonder!

Rundare i stilen och mer fyllig än Quartz. Har fläder, zest, apelsin och lite jäst/parmesan. Väldigt gott och fin täthet.
