Wow! Thanks to #ericguido for turning me on to this! Crunchy dark red fruits like a CDN folowed by pure black cherry and ertherial funk. Amazing stuff!

Whoa Nellie: chilean Pinot Noir by Alsatian producer Ostertag and IT WORKS big time. Petrolly, growly but young. Lets see if can hang in 5-7 yrs. Wow. Vibrant. Some whole cluster which keeps it honest. Wow.

Sep 11th, 2018Chilean Pinot from an Alsatian winemaker is I believe the story here. Loads of body, ripe raspberry and sour cherry whole cluster fruit, a bit of eucalyptus and smoke, rich but lively. Touch of heat. Could easily pass for Sonoma.

Great QPR, charming, fun. Earth, wet forest floor, ripe cherry, raspberry confiture, sweet brown spices. Juicy and upfront, elevated alc offers some texture and sweetness to the fruit but does poke out a touch on the finish. Single vineyard.

A load of crushed cherries!!! This is a whole cluster wine. Lived for 3 days, good quality but too fruity and intense to my taste.
