2015. Tart apple with some citrus notes lurking nearby. Minerally and crisp, with vibrant acidity. Bit light in the mid-palate. 12.5% abv.

Fresh & clean with the immediate sea brine & bitter almonds. Also brings both citrus flowers & zesty lemon & lime peel. Refreshing and perfect for the heat. Approachable acid and just 12.5%.

Just ok

Crisp, medium bodied, acidic, herbal.

Yellow apples, lemons, sea breeze. Medium bodied and slightly viscous on the palate. Orchard fruit and lemon with a touch of mint on the finish. Medium acidity and good length.

Tasty, quaffable stuff.

A light elegant drinker. Not hugely complex; Plain, simple, but drinkable and would be fine with a summer salad.
