A little tart on the tonsils. Not your stereotypical silky polite Pinot! With its unusual peachy colour, this really packs a punch. A little brash for our liking, and uncharacteristically dry. It doesn’t seem to fit in either the mild light Italian Pinots, or the more interesting sexy Pinot Gris; instead it falls short of both. — a month ago
The wife LOVED it. Peachy, fresh and crisp with a lovely creamy finish. Dry on the tongue (too dry for me, but I like sweet wine). Definitely worth a try if you’re a Chardonnay fab. — 2 months ago
Wow! I loved this wine! Much lighter than my usual choice of dessert wine, but this is fresh and bright with a steady smooth sweetness. The perfect pudding partner without being too syrupy. Delicious! If you want a light, clear, sweet flavour, this is the one. — a month ago
Beautiful fruity flavour and infinitely drinkable.
Not your typical pinot, but instead the interesting balance of a Pinot Gris.
Will definitely buy again!! — 2 months ago
I didn’t like it. But I can’t remember why. I think I felt like it was trying too hard and couldn’t decide what it was trying to be. I wouldn’t bother again. — 2 months ago
A beautiful balance between the spice of a Rioja, the smoothness of a Tempranillo and the drinkability of a Malbec. A stunning bottle of wine; almost black in colour, deep and rich flavour but a silky glossy texture. Not too overpowering, but with a strong body and something seductive about it. Think Tom Hardy in wine form. Don’t even try to drink this without letting it breathe and warm it by the fire for a good half hour before you drink it, and your patience will be richly rewarded. — 3 months ago
