Lovely growers rosé Champange. Lively crisp fresh raspberry and toasted almond flavors. Well rounded with a lingering finish. Loved it.

The perfect pink champagne color. Energetic bubbles and a winey, but light profile. Fresh strawberry, quince syrup, Anjou pear and brioche nose. Pinot, yellow apple, red plum and yeast flavors. A hint of smoke and a little minerality on the finish. Lovely. Pair with crab puffs and salmon canapés or a Korean bbq sandwich.

Delicious - on the sweet side, but a very rich and light bottle of bubbly.
