A must have extra dry champagne for raw fish (sashimi) and sushi platters. A great balance of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Munier and 25% Chardonnay. Provides some richness to accompany assortment of raw fish. Medium body, a bit of floral notes but crispy texture.
