Off-dry, to me a bit too off-dry. Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe stone fruits, citrus and sweet nutty notes. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and apricot with citrus, sweet floral and slight biscuit notes. Short finish ending with ripe fruit and sweet notes. Not a real extra dry. Pass.

Lovely very small bubbles, a Light yellow nose with little nose, but a light to medium body that is fairly complex and a medium length aftertaste. Well worth the &30.00 paid @ Total Wine in Delaware since there also was no tax! A bargain even for another $5.00. Works well with spicy crab soup & surprisingly well with fresh orange slices!

A must have extra dry champagne for raw fish (sashimi) and sushi platters. A great balance of 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Munier and 25% Chardonnay. Provides some richness to accompany assortment of raw fish. Medium body, a bit of floral notes but crispy texture. Not so yeasty but toasty enough to pair with smoked fish selections as well.

Dégustation avec fraises et fromage, très bonne saveur, suffisamment sec pour un Brut, les bulles sont fines mais pas effectivement si c’est ce qu’on recherche
