Nose of strawberries and brioche, with slight yeast notes. Fine bubbles with strawberry, raspberry, and fresh bread on the creamy palate. Red fruits on the clean, long finish. Very nicely balanced blend of 50% pinot noir, 30 % chardonnay, and 20 % pinot menier.
