Light and fragrant with grippy tannins, not really typical of Gamay. Almost stemmy finish with salivating acidity and a tart red berry profile.

2018 (bottled Oct 19). Nice and more body than I was expecting from a Beaujolais. Had with steak & ale pie (J&E). I’d buy again if I can find where it was from....

Bien fait, pas le plus bavard au nez, ca pinotte, fruits rouge, un brin terreux, ne fait pas bojo léger, pourrait se bonifier dans les 3-5 prochaines années.

No better value than Cru Beaujolais! Was very surprised at the body and tannins in this wine. For $30 it is very good, lacked complexity but man this is better than a lot of $50 Pinot’s you can buy.
