Mollydooker (Aussie for left-hander) Wines was established in 2005 by Sarah and Sparky Marquis and situated on the prime Seaview Ridge in McLaren Vale, South Australia. A blend of 70% Shiraz and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of red berry fruit with a pleasant spice edge. On the palate cherry and strawberry with cinnamon and tobacco, cacao notes make the wine well balanced. Fine soft tannins showing some oakbon the lingering finish.

Nice flavor, similar to other Molly Dooker wines we’ve had. Jammy with a touch of fruit - had at our home wine tasting - not sure of cost

Notes of cassis, black raspberry, cranberry and blackberry. Very smooth and balanced, particularly a wine at 16%. Beautiful wine.

Plum and raisin and mushrooms and anise. Yet another accessible Mollydooker that boxes me in the face with big juicy black fruit. The person that gifted this to me is now my best friend.

Had at home wine tasting. Retail $80 16%. Deep dark color, rich flavor. Wouldn’t spend more than $30 on it however. It would probably overpower any good other than steak.

Vino #2 out of the MollyDooker shipment...loving it. Deeper fruit tastes up front with plums, cherries or something of the sorts with a light spice to finish from the Shiraz. Glad we were shipped 2 of these, looking forward to the next one!
