First wine on our Labor Day week cruise and from Royal Caribbean.

Pale yellow with tight, tiny bubbles. A touch yeasty on the nose, almost of biscuits and some nutty notes. Moderate acidity (5.5/10) with a light to light plus body. More going on in the palate with lemon notes, minerality, and some floral notes. Seems to be a bit tired. Short plus to medium finish. Drink till 2018.

Has a soft nose with a fruity clean smell. It goes down smoothly and has that dry finish at the end the way a brut is suppose to. Bubbly texture as it goes down with a very crisp sour apple taste.

Consistently a refreshing and crisp bubbly. Versatile and quite satisfying on it own or with a meal. Interesting bouquet and lingering aftertaste.
