Nicely aged, resolved tannins, no hint of decline, so fresh and enjoyable now.

You know exactly what you’re going to get when you open one of these. Big, dark bruising hammerblow. I could never do this night after night but I do like to indulge in this style every now and then. And esp with a plate of beef ribs. Though I believe we are just past it’s best window, so slug it if you’ve got it.
