Jester McLaren Vale Shiraz 2017

Agree w notes from @Angelo Casagrande . Deep black fruits and the eucalyptus he mentioned is bordering on anise. Some white pepper towards the finish. Classic Australia Shiraz. Good qpr. — 19 days ago

Ourea Sagrantino 2015

Enjoyed on a ‘wine tour at home’ whilst slight restrictions are in place here in South Australia. We can still enjoy 30th birthdays 🎂🍾 — 7 months ago

G.A.M. McLaren Vale Shiraz 2016

Beautiful Shiraz from McLaren. Black fruits, powerful but not overbearing. Silly tannins and herby. — 9 days ago

7th Son McLaren Vale Grenache Shiraz 2012

Purchased at the winery about 4 or 5 years ago, we thought this was excellent - much better than some of the ratings we saw in the trade magazines. Intense but balanced, complex fruit with hints of eucalyptus that for me is a great trademark of wines from this region in Australia, this was really terrific. — 3 months ago

Savitar Shiraz 2004

You know exactly what you’re going to get when you open one of these. Big, dark bruising hammerblow. I could never do this night after night but I do like to indulge in this style every now and then. And esp with a plate of beef ribs. Though I believe we are just past it’s best window, so slug it if you’ve got it. — 6 months ago

Waveform McLaren Vale Shiraz 2013

Delicious and unexpectedly bold with subtlety. A finessed, velvety finish with dark red fruit. 2013 has held up exceptionally well. — 9 months ago
