18’ Miner Rosella’s Pinot . Color resembles a ruby/purple. Nose fresh picked strawberries, cranberry, brown sugar mist. Opened it over a week ago and threw the cork on it. Still a full -bodied beast of a Pinot. Strong cherry, red berry flavors to it, sassafras, slightly non-expressive finish. Can’t miss if you’re patient for another year or two. One of if not the best thing I’ve enjoyed from Miner. Cheers! Wait another 2/3 years / decanting for 2 hours +.

Slightly smokey soft and supple. Nice black cherry fruit. Really good wine!Amazing because it wasn't even stored so well. I'd love to try one from Dave's cellar.

Feb 16th, 2015On first glance the color and clarity of this wine might fool you into thinking it might be an extremely subtle Pinot. While I think it is very Burgundian in style, this wine has a number of levels of aromas and tastes that are intriguing and elegant. Red fruit and spice on the palate with very nicely integrated tannins and acidity. Not as bold as most Santa Lucia Highlands Pinots I have tried but I did like it

Loved the Rosella's 777 for several past vintages, but the 2013 is not quite as strong an offering. Opened for Kristin's 41st birthday dinner.

Omfg! Ok I have been around this pour for several years and if you have any in your cellar, it is time to pull corks. It is showing beautifully right now, but truth be told I would not hold on to it any longer.
