How are super bowl seSyrah great paired with BBQ very enjoyable

Chocolate, blueberry, figs, tar, big wine, lots of glycerine, smooth, hot. Not my style at all

A core of jammy black fruit complimented by smoked meat and whole cluster spice

Blueberry cobbler, smoked meats, oaky, BIG

Great acid/tannin/alcohol balance. Tons of fresh blue and red fruit. Greg Brewer knows his estate wines and this Syrah does not disappoint. Finish has notes of chocolate and figs. The 2010 is very now drinkable. Elegant and smooth.
