Wine went really well with pork schnitzel, Very bold, lots of lemon & quite astringent which cleanses the grease off the palate. 😂 wine is very phenolic, which I perceive as plastic/bile but hubby says is more pepper-y. Don’t hate it, don’t love it.

blind i was thinking it's a tight Chardonnay...or maybe austrian? (again my second bet is the right one)
nice and 🍋-y with 🍐 and flowers and nuts. and some copper.
light but almost medium body.
high acidity.
medium - finish
complexity appeared as it got hotter.
stayed almost the same 48 hours later.
nothing to complain about, really.
